SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the ever-changing global situation, there may be delays with your order due to staff shortages, border control restrictions, or delivery absences. WHERE WE SHIP

  • Samples by Air: Shipped worldwide (5-8 days express delivery, depending on the country).
  • Bulk Orders by Sea: Shipped to all countries (delivery time ranges from one to two months depending on the destination).
  • Our liability is to ship to the port of destination only.

ESTIMATED DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Processing time: 2 to 5 working days.
  • Air Shipment (Samples): 5-8 days (express delivery).
  • Sea Shipment (Bulk Orders): 1-2 months (varies by country).

We will always do our best to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

DELIVERY ACCESS & TIME SLOTS

  • A delivery time slot will be provided before shipment.
  • Standard deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 9 AM – 5 PM (weekend and holiday deliveries unavailable).

Before delivery, please ensure:

  • Sufficient access and space for large shipments.
  • Staircases and lifts are suitable for heavy goods.
  • Fragile objects such as lights, vases, and pictures are moved to avoid damage.

It is your responsibility to confirm that all items fit into your property before ordering.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

We currently do not offer installation, unpacking, or assembly. Standard delivery is to the port or doorstep only.

OUR LIABILITY

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as transportation breakdown, traffic delays, severe weather, or customs issues, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any losses, including revenue, profit, business opportunities, or reputational damage due to delivery delays.
  • Defects caused by mishandling by you or third parties.
  • Compensation beyond a refund of the product cost (excluding delivery charges).
