Our talented designers can bring your vision to life—just share your project ideas, and we’ll suggest the perfect styles and develop the necessary drawings. We provide production files in PDF or CAD formats.
3. What steps should I take if I face any issues with product quality?
Our factory operates dedicated production lines for each product, with a personal manager overseeing your order’s progress. After production is completed, we conduct a thorough quality inspection and provide a certification report. If any quality issues arise, we fully support redoing and resending the product.
4. What are NexGen Decor’s shipping policies and shipping options?
NexGen Decor offers various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs depend on order size and location, and tracking information is provided once the order ships. We supply the main materials and cover the CIF freight costs. The goods are shipped directly to the port.
